End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Inventory Guardian grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple-branded iOS devices you own or control for personal or internal business inventory management.

2. Restrictions

• No copying, modifying, or creating derivative works
• No reverse engineering or decompiling
• No renting, selling, or sublicensing
• No use for unlawful purposes

3. Ownership

The App is licensed, not sold. Inventory Guardian retains all right, title, and interest in the App.

4. Subscriptions

Free and premium tiers are available. All billing is handled by Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

6. Limitation of Liability

INVENTORY GUARDIAN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

7. Apple-Specific Terms

This Agreement is between you and Inventory Guardian only. Apple has no maintenance or support obligations and no warranty obligations for the App. Inventory Guardian is solely responsible for product liability, regulatory compliance, and IP infringement claims.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States.
